Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Custom or special-order products

How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Battery-Specific Notice LiFePO4 battery products must be returned in a safe, discharged state and properly packaged in compliance with international shipping regulations for lithium batteries. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
